Supporting R + RStudio

• needs a build pack/base image
  • start from heroku build pack for installing R
    • https://github.com/virtualstaticvoid/heroku-buildpack-r/blob/main/bin/detect
  • debian + apt for installing RStudio
• specify dependencies via : ? (multiple supported via the heroku pack)
  • Can ask Elisabet to ask users what system they use if needed
