Renku is an open-source platform that brings together data, code and compute, all in one place. From data exploration, through day-to-day work up to demonstration and publication, Renku supports data-centric research along the full lifecycle. In this 60-min workshop, we will present how to create research projects leveraging your data and code independently from where they are hosted, considering reusability and collaboration from the start.

You’ll learn:

• How Renku empowers collaborative research projects.
• How to connect data stemming from data repositories, such as Zenodo, Dataverse and EnviDat, or storage cloud platforms, such as Switch drive, s3 buckets and blob storage, to a Renku project.
• How to reuse data across projects in Renku.
